For these homeowners, moving from a large family house into a condominium wasn’t about downsizing—it was about creating a home that felt lighter, simpler, and better suited to the next chapter of life. The kitchen would become the backdrop to everyday routines, quiet mornings, and the weekly family dinners they still loved to host.
The existing layout already worked beautifully, so rather than beginning again, we focused on making every element work harder. Cabinetry was extended to the ceiling to emphasise the room’s generous proportions, oak panelling wraps seamlessly across the walls, and thoughtfully integrated storage ensures everything has its place without disrupting the calm of the space.

The material palette is intentionally restrained. Pale oak sits alongside softly veined grey marble, while concealed edge pulls, integrated outlets, and carefully considered detailing allow the craftsmanship to take centre stage. Every decision was made to create depth through texture and proportion rather than ornament, resulting in a kitchen that reveals itself gradually over time.
The finished space feels warm, understated, and effortlessly timeless. It isn’t designed to impress at first glance, but to become more appreciated the longer you spend within it—a home built around gathering, everyday rituals, and the quiet luxury of living well.
